By downloading or using DropWave you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

02The service

DropWave lets you transfer files directly between nearby devices over a local wireless connection. The app is provided free of charge by an independent developer, with no accounts, subscriptions or in-app purchases.

03Acceptable use

You agree to use DropWave only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to:

• Share content you do not have the right to share, including pirated or copyright-infringing material;
• Distribute malware, spyware or any harmful software;
• Send unlawful, abusive or harassing content to another person;
• Interfere with or disrupt another user's device or network.

You are solely responsible for the content you send and receive.

04Your content

Files transferred with DropWave remain entirely yours. We claim no ownership of, and have no access to, anything you send or receive.

05Intellectual property

The DropWave name, logo and app design belong to the developer. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app except where permitted by applicable law.

06Disclaimer of warranties

DropWave is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Transfer speed and reliability depend on your hardware and radio environment.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, including loss of data or files. Always keep backups of important data.

08Termination

You may stop using DropWave at any time by uninstalling it. We may update, suspend or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

09Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms occasionally; the current version will always be published on this page with its effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
